About is a private initiative of mine as a long time rider and a technologist.
I’ve been riding motorcycles (mostly twins) and scooters (Vespas) since 1986. I put my knowledge to practice when maintaining my motorcycle or scooter, if it’s an oil change or even an overhaul in a restoration project.

Personally I like almost all two wheels but I have to admit I have a warm spot for vintage bikes, like 70’s Norton and Triumph, 80’s Honda CB’s or Yamaha two stroke 350 RD’s, twins like 2 valve Ducati’s and Moto Guzzi and…Vespa scooters which I just adore. I like the simplicity of vintage type and ease of maintenance. but don’t get me wrong, I do think that a fuel injection is way better than a carburetor, I just don’t like the fact that in most modern bikes you have to work 30 minutes just to get to the air filter and another 30 minutes just to get to the spark plugs. And let’s not start talking about valve adjustments at today’s hyper sport engines…
